QPBC, a vibrant urban church on the southside of Glasgow, is looking for a team member with a strong emphasis on mobilising a people in mission in line with our aim to “call a city to life.” Strong creative, strategic and relational gifts are called for as well as a commitment to the diverse cultures that make up our community and an ability to make things happen. This is an exciting opportunity to pioneer creative expressions of outreach and support and develop existing ministries. The primary focus of the role is to oversee and develop mission ministries; to support leaders in mission and evangelistic projects; to develop links to community and mobilise and encourage involvement in community organisations: to inspire and develop fresh expressions of mission; to encourage whole life mission; to develop an integrative approach with other church activities to bring people into a full connection with the church family.
